What did you think of the Obstacle Training?  “I appreciate that it focused on communication with the horse rather than focused on performing a task.”

How would you describe this Obstacle Training to others who are thinking of attending?  “The experience is useful to all levels of riders and types of disciplines. The focus is communicating with the horse and how to help the horse to face new situations without force.”

What was your favorite memory: what did you like best?  “I appreciate how the obstacles slowly increased in complexity, especially the finale with smoke, fire and loud noises!…. I also appreciate Barbara’s approach: very calm and encouraging.”

What concepts were helpful to you: what did you learn? “Do not focus on the obstacle or task, but the comfort level of the horse.”
